So what’s good about this coconut cinnamon breakfast smoothie?

TIP: If you don’t want to use oats, you can replace them with other nutritious ingredient like any grain bran, chia or flaxseed, nuts or protein powder. Most importantly that you use an ingredient that will keep you satisfied for a long time.
Coconut & Cinnamon Breakfast Smoothie
- Food processor
- 1 /2 cup coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp oats
- 3 tbsp coconut flakes
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
