This healthy yet incredibly delicious mango spinach green smoothie is one of my favourite smoothies. All that is needed is frozen mango and spinach, almond milk and some smoothie boosters of your choice. The taste of this smoothie is heavenly. Honestly, I was quite blown away the first time I tried it; it is simply one of the tastiest green smoothies out there.

This smoothie is filling, energizing and contains a high amount of vitamins A (403% of RDA) and K (297 % of RDA). In terms of folate and Vitamin B-2, this smoothie contains 38% of the Recommended Dietary Allowance.

Mango Spinach Green Smoothie
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup spinach (approximately 5 oz)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp oats (optional)
- 1 tbsp flaxseed (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in your blender jar and process until smooth.
- Add more liquid (milk or water) if necessary.
