  • 0,5 cup raspberry (fresh or frozen)
  • 0,5 cup bilberry (fresh or frozen)
  • 1,5 cups natural yogurt (or natural soygurt)
  • 1 tbsp honey (liquid)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)


  • Place the ingredients into your blender.
  • Mix the ingredients.
  • Serve immediately.


As you might know, chia seeds are not grown in Finland, so you can leave them out if you want a 100% Finnish experience.
