Finnish Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie
A very easy Finnish smoothie recipe with oatmeal, blueberries, banana, milk and natural yogurt. Simple to make, but delicious!

- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 cup natural yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1-2 tsp raw honey
Many Finns would add some muesli to a smoothie like this one. Personally, I like to add some spelt flour, to add some dietary fiber. In Finland, SunSpelt makes some great spelt products that also go great with yogurt.
