  • Food processor


  • 1 avocado
  • 2 kiwifruit
  • 1 pear
  • 1 cm fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup liquid of your choice (water, milk, dairy-free milk)
  • 1/4 lemon (juice of)
  • 1 oz fresh parsley leaves (or other greens you have)


  • Combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Consume this smoothie while it is fresh to get the maximum of the nutrients it is packed with.
