Mango Kale Smoothie without Banana
This vitamin-packed mango kale smoothie is a perfect light snack or pick-me-up drink and contains only 170 calories per one serving. Four simple ingredients: mango, orange, kale and almond milk. - 1/2 cup almond milk (or any liquid of your choice)
- 1 mango (2 cups)
- 1 orange
- 1 leaf kale (1 cup tightly packed)
First, blend the liquid and kale until smooth.
