Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie with Cranberry and Aronia Berry

The cranberries and the aronia berries (black chokeberries) make for a delicious smoothie full of vitamins. This mix of fruit and berries will instantly revitalize you!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1,5 cups aronia berries (black chokeberries) (fresh or frozen)
  • 1,5 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp honey (liquid)

Instructions
 

  • Peel banana.
  • Wash the cranberries and aronia berries and dry them.
  • Put all the ingredients in your blender. Add the honey to neutralize the sour taste of the berries.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Decoration ideas: berries, banana slices or mint sprigs make the smoothie look even more delicious :)
