  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 kiwifruit
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup apple juice (unsweetened)


  • Rince the spinach leaves in cold water and let them dry. 
  • Meanwhile, peel the kiwi and the banana and cut them into chunks.
  • Combine the kiwi, banana, spinach and apple juice in a blender and process until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses.
